MUN. TREASURER | Ano ang required qualifications ng isang Municipal Treasurer? Kailangan ba CPA?

Hello. Good day. Tanong ko lang po. I am a CPA and taking up my masters degree. May vacancy po sa isang muncipality as treasurer. Pwede po ba ako mag apply? Or kelangan po talaga na naka pass ako ng BCLTE before ako mag apply?
