Question: Hello po. I just want to ask po if a non-CPA is allowed to assume the role of Officer in Charge (OIC)-City Accountant and sign the financial statements (FS) of the City and Barangays? I know that a CPA has to go through a rigorous process, attend many seminars and acquire substantial experience before being able to sign FS. But, I know a city po who put a non-CPA as OIC while waiting for the retired City Accountant’s extension of office memo from CSC. Can someone please enlighten me on this? Best Possible Answer/s: An OIC should be of...
Question/Topic A member of GABOTAF Facebook Group asked (rephrased for brevity): Good day, ask ko lang kung limited ba sa 3 salary grade (SG) ang promotion? For example, an employee with Civil Service professional eligibility: From SG 3 to SG 7 sana, kaso hanggang SG 6 lang ang pwede ibigay dahil sa rules of only 3 steps lang pwede. Question: May specific ruling po ba about sa ganitong case na up to 3 steps lang ang pag angat, kung meron po anong basis? A GABOTAF member asked: Hello po. Under the Prime HR System of CSC, is it true po ba na mas mataas ang weight ng credentials over the interview when it comes to internal applicants’ promotion whereas 70% vs 30% or something similar? Is it still acceptable that someone was chosen as the budget officer (without masters degree, college degree not related to finance and has shorter length of service as permanent employee) against the rest of candidates who all have masters and bachelors degree in accounting/business, have longer experience in financial management and in the government service? Is it a...
Question Sender: Hello GABOTAF! Ano po ba CSC and COA ruling about dito? Pwede po ba i-reklamo ang HR sa CSC? [ad_1] Question: I wonder why government agencies replies or says na iinclude sa pool of applicants ang application due to lack of vacancies kahit ongoing process na application mo and nakailang set of exams and interviews kana. Pero sila tong post ng post na maraming vacant position. Hindi na lang direct sabihin if the applicant is not qualified para hindi na mag-expect. 😢😅 More forums concerning #VacantPositions: https://gabotaf.com/search_gcse/?q=Vacant%20position%20 Answers | Comments [ad_2] Post Views: 826
