Is the procurement of second hand motor vehicle prohibited under RA 9184?
The procurement of second hand motor vehicle is not prohibited by Republic Act No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Part A. What it prohibits is the procurement of second-hand vehicle through an auction.
