Ever wonder whose salary grade gets the highest increase this year?
GABOTAF made a simple analysis of the increase for each salary grade by comparing the First Tranche Salary Schedule in 2020 (per NBC 579) and the Second Tranche Salary Schedule this year (2021) (per NBC 584) to find out whose salary grade gets the highest increase and who gets the lowest.
