Sender: Good afternoon po. Mayroon po bang specific policy para sa pagrelease ng BIR Form No. 2316 for separated employee? May resigned employee (no clearance yet) po kasi kami na nagrerequest ng BIR 2316 nya for CY 2022, however, ang advise po sa akin ng incharge sa department, for CY 2021 lang daw po ang pwede nila ibigay dahil hindi pa tapos ang taon, annually daw po ang pag release nila kaya yung for this year ay sa 2023 pa. Tax Refund | BIR 2316 | Former Employee
Q: Is it ok to grant a tax refund claim from a previous employee? The employee left at 2nd quarter of 2019 for a lower salary grade and she claims that there was an overwithholding from us. Kailangan ba ng BIR 2316 sa pagkuha ng Cedula? Ano ang tamang proseso sa pagkuha ng Cedula?
Q: Hi ask ko lang bkt namin kailangan mgbayad ng cedula depende sa annual gross income nmin? Kasi before s dati kong employer aq ngba2yad ng mga cedula ng employees h.r kasi aq. Then my new employer ayaw nilang mgbigay ng 2316 pero pinapakuha nila aq ng cedula. Sabi ko anong mging basis ng treasury kung walang 2316? So ano po b yung tamang process kasi sabi nla pwde sa barangay dw hindi n kailangan ng 2316. Kasi sa process na alam ko kailangan ng 2316 sa pgbabayad ng cedula. Yun ang alam kong tama at yun din ang sinasabi...
