LGU: How to compute the RATA of Sanggunian Members?
Q: Hello po. Query ko lang po regarding item 7.5 ng LBC 103. RATA ng mga Sanggunian members. Is it right for me to pro-rate yung RATA nila for the whole month dun sa number of attendance nila during sessions, since the SB is required to hold 1 regular session every week? Can LGUs collect fees from trucks carrying agricultural products into or out off or passing through the LGU?
Q: As an LGU, can we collect fees for the trucks carrying coconut/copra which is our main agricultural product? Are we not violating double taxation or any rules and regulations? Can we pass an ordinance for this collection? Responses to this question: Please refer to Local Government Code. Pwede bang yung Private Secretary ni Mayor ang pumirma ng P.O’s at DVs?
Q: Good day po. May situation po kami sa LGU ngaun involving delegated functions/ authority to sign for the Private Secretary kac nagretire na ang Admin namin.
