Good evening. My inquiry lang po ako. Bumili po kami ng brandnew firetruck 10 months na ang nakalipas, then our Mayor decided to donate the firetruck sa BFP. Question ko po, sapat na ba ung Sangguniang Bayan Resolution na ina-allow si Mayor na mag enter to contract na idonate ang Firetruck? Thank you. View Answers Post Views: 690
This may be the reason why the rules and regulations (i.e., CSC-COA-DBM JC No. 1, s. 2017 and JC No. 1, s. 2018) issued by the national government covering job order and contract of service do not include local government units.
