Q: hello po! hingi sana ako ng insights from the group, pwede po ba mag claim ng medical assistance yung mga barangay officials on their respective barangay including yung barangay chairman? based on RA 7160 kasi entitled sila sa free hospitalization sa govt hospitals eh although pwede sila mag private pero hanggang 5k lang yung chargeable sa barangay and i think that provision requires proper liquidation. Kz the budget officer doesnt allow them to claim pero pinagpipilitan nman ng asst dept heads na pwede daw kz di nman daw sila equivalent ng division chief or equivalent ng division chief.
