Q: Hello po.. I would just like to ask po if NEEDED po ba talaga yung O.R as per “additional” requirement po ng Finance head po namin as proof of staying even beyond 50km radius na po yung travel and straight 10 days field work po yun. As per EO.77, hindi na po kelangan yung O.R for lodging, unless within 50km lang yung travel and you’d want to claim for the actual expenses. Is the “additional requirement” po ba ng finance namin, valid po? If no O.R attached to the claim, they would only give you the 50% of the...

QUESTION: Hi good day po. I would like to seek inputs sana sa pagbibigay ng per diem sa amin if kinuha kami as lecturer/resource speaker ng ibang LGU and/or agency wherein out of our AOR ung activity and it is approved as an official travel. Dapat ba entitled pa rin kami sa per diem? Travel allowance lang kasi ang binibigay sa amin ng LGU namin. Salamat po sa mga sasagot and magbibigay ng clarification (legal reference) 😅 View Answers/Comments on this question in our Facebook Page Post Views: 753
Good evening po. Kung cocomputin mas malaki pa ang TEV ng driver kesa sa basic salary niya pag nagktaon kung allowed po yung driver performing his official functions to bring his passenger who is in official business. Hello po. What if the head of the agency will issue a memo that the EO 77 will still not going to be implemented in the agency due to insufficiency of budget. Okay lang po ba? Baka kasi may violate sya. Pati po ba kaming mga nasa finance especially accountant ay may accountability dto? salamat po. You can find responses to this question in the comments section below.
