Q: Hello po.. I would just like to ask po if NEEDED po ba talaga yung O.R as per “additional” requirement po ng Finance head po namin as proof of staying even beyond 50km radius na po yung travel and straight 10 days field work po yun.
As per EO.77, hindi na po kelangan yung O.R for lodging, unless within 50km lang yung travel and you’d want to claim for the actual expenses.
Is the “additional requirement” po ba ng finance namin, valid po? If no O.R attached to the claim, they would only give you the 50% of the per diem po.
Yes po, it is clearly stated in the EO that it SHALL NOT require O.R if beyond the 50km radius claim. We were only claiming po the minimum per diem as stated in the EO po.
Like for instance, travel to RXIII per diem is 1500.
Before you can claim the 50% for lodging which is the P750.00, kelangan may support po kayo na O.R na nay stay po kayo and what we were claiming is only the 50% for the lodging, and not the actual lodging rate nung hotel.
Kasi if hndi po kayo magaattach ng O.R ng lodging, yung 1500 na per diem po, they’d slashed it and make it only 750 yung ma.cclaim nyo po..
Pa.help naman po on what to do. EO77 is “not absolute” daw po yung claim coz sila as part of the finance division, internal audit, they have the RIGHT to ask for additional requirement/s daw po, wer in fact we were only claim for the minimum per diem.
I just wanted to air it po na hndi po beyond the required DTE ng location po yung kini.claim.. The normal 1500 per diem lang po pero ayaw nila ibigay if wala kang support na lodging OR.. What if below 750 po yung room na natulogan nyo, would it be possible na hndi nila ibigay yung 750, which is 50% of the rate provided?
