Query:
Im part of the newly created Internal Audit Service of a province. We have not yet performed any audit since we’ve been tasked to be part of ISO as Internal Quality Auditors. Likewise, we are also involved in PGS audit.
Right now there are plans of rationalizing the 3 functions to perform just one audit covering IAS, ISO and PGS.
Are there going to be negative repercussions (aside from independence issues) coz this would mean we cannot follow IAM for LGU. Thanks.
