Isa po akong JO sa isang NGA, been working there po for one and a half year na but ever since po wala pa po kaming natatanggap na premium of our salary or wage pati po yung 3k na gratuity pay. Ano po kaya ang action na pwede gawin for this po? Inaprubahan ng Pangulong Duterte ang isang Administrative Order na naguutos na bigyan ng P3,000 ang bawat isang kwalipikadong job order (JO) at contract of service worker (COS) sa gobyerno. Ang bawat isang COS at JO na nakapag-serbisyo ng di bababa sa apat (4) na buwan at nasa gobyerno pa as of December 15, 2019 ay maaaring makatanggap ng P3,000.00 bilang gratuity pay. Paano i-compute ang 20% premium para sa mga JOs/COS?
Q: Mga Sir/Ma’am, Magandang araw po. According to joint circular no.1 of CSC-COA-DBM s. 2017, “Starting Jan. 1, 2019 COS and JO workers shall be paid a salary or wage equivalent to the daily salary or wage of comparable positions in the government” Meaning po ba if JO ka as accountant equivalent to Accountant I dapat nasa 1000+ daily rate?
