According to joint circular no.1 of CSC-COA-DBM s. 2017, “Starting Jan. 1, 2019 COS and JO workers shall be paid a salary or wage equivalent to the daily salary or wage of comparable positions in the government” Meaning po ba if JO ka as accountant equivalent to Accountant I dapat nasa 1000+ daily rate? In our case its 800.
