Nag-apply po kasi ako sa isang supervisory position na SG 20..parehas po kaming insider at qualified nung kasama ko nag apply..ako po ay SG 16 at siya at SG 13..Siya po acting for that position before at ako po ay nasa ibang division. Question: Hi GABOTAF. Tanong ko lang po. For Temporary appointment po ako, due to incomplete pa sa RA1080. If ang original appointment was in Feb.2020, tapos po nareject ni CSC yung appointment dahil nga sa RA1080 requirement sometime during the Pandemic. Nasahod po yung “First Salary” ng Feb-April ng month of May, but unfortunately to date di na po ulit nakasahod si Personnel. Ang reason po ng Divsion Office ay dahil daw po nareject ng CSC ang Appointment nya. Nagpasubmit po ulit ng requirements noong July 2020 for “Re-Appointment”. This August sinabihan po nila si Personnel na hindi daw po...

Assistant II sa position na SG-22 Assistant Department Head? Ang hierarchy of position pala sa office na yun, below ng SG-22 (vacant position) is may SG-15 Admin. Officer IV (siya nag apply), below naman niya is yung SG-8 na empleyado na gusto rin mag apply. Kaso na disqualified ni HR because of that quantum leap.
