For Temporary appointment po ako, due to incomplete pa sa RA1080. If ang original appointment was in Feb.2020, tapos po nareject ni CSC yung appointment dahil nga sa RA1080 requirement sometime during the Pandemic. Nasahod po yung “First Salary” ng Feb-April ng month of May, but unfortunately to date di na po ulit nakasahod si Personnel.
Ang reason po ng Divsion Office ay dahil daw po nareject ng CSC ang Appointment nya. Nagpasubmit po ulit ng requirements noong July 2020 for “Re-Appointment”. This August sinabihan po nila si Personnel na hindi daw po nya sasahurin ang May-June dahil po nareject ni CSC ang appointment, pero po tuloy tuloy po syang pinagttrabaho at wala naman pong advise na dapat hindi na sya nagwork at hintayin ang bagong appointment.
Ano po ba ang right ni personnel? kasi po nagtuturuan po ang mga tao sa school at div office. TOTOO PO BA NA HINDI NA NYA MASASAHOD ANG PINAGTRABAHUHAN NYA NG DALAWANG BUWAN? To date 4 mos. na pong hindi sumasahod si Personnel.

Actually, this can be solved by investing accounting system. From orginal source upto bank recon nasa system na. Exhausting kasi if puro manual. Ang pagtrace sa mga errors/reconciling items/ accounts mas madali if may reliable accounting system. 🙂
