Question: Admin pahelp naman po, kasi nagtanong po kami sa BIR dito sa province, ang sabi po non taxable ang hazard pay.
Pero under RR 11-2018, taxable po ang hazard. Nagkakagulo na po ang budget, HR at accounting namin kasi nadeductan po ng tax ang hazard pay at ngayon dahil sa sinabi ng BIR gusto nilang ipaalis yung deduction.
Ano pong suggestion niyo dapat gawin ng Accountant namin? Thank you po.
