Why do professionals need to execute an Undertaking before they can renew their Professional Identification Cards (PICs)?
Hi, the new implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Law provides that, for renewal of license, at least 15 CPD units are required. However, Section 15.3 further states that ,an undertaking should be executed prior to the effectivity of the IRR to be qualified to the 15 units. What happens if we do not execute the undertaking? Does that mean, we still need to comply with the 120 units for us to renew?

Whose responsibility is the submission of vouchers to COA — Cashier or Accountant?
Yung submission po ba ng vouchers for audit responsibility po ng accountant or cashier? Kc po ung AOM namin dito ng non-submission of voucher on time eh nka attention sa accountant eh ung cashier naman po ang ngsusubmit ng voucher sa COA.

What could be the reason why COA still not calling after initial interview and what to do about it?
Hello po. My friend passed po the examination and initial interview. Final interview nalang po sana but sad to say, nalaman nya nalang na tapos na daw pala and he’s not one of them. He wants to know if ano meaning ba nun, he just lost the hope na mahire or may tendency pa na mabago at ipatawag pa sya for final interview? Thanks po.😊

E-Budget System for LGUs
Hi GABOTAF, hindi po ako makapag-install ng LGU e-budget System. Parang inabandon na po ng developer. Nakipagcoordinate na ako sa DBM Region namin pero wala, hindi namin nagamit.
