Paano i-compute ang daily rate ng Job Order worker?

Itanong ko lang po sana regarding po sa sahoran ng job order. Ganito po kasi sa agency namin. Nakalagay po sa contract ng Job order na ang sahod nya per month is 14,340. Kaso po sinasabi ng CSC-COA-DBM Joint Circular No. 1 s. 2018 na “job orders shall be paid salary/wage equivalent to the daily salary/wage of comparable positions in govt”. If kukunin po iyong daily rate po ng Job Order kasama po ba ang mga holiday as a divisor sa total number of working days in a month po? Required ba magbayad ng tax ang Job Order Workers? Kung oo, magkaano?

QUESTION: Magandang umaga po. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung required po ba ang mga job order employees ng lgu na magbayad ng tax? Kung sakali po magkano po ba ang ibabawas sa amin at anong form po ang dapat fill-up-an? Kasi po sabi nila kakaltasan daw po kami ng 500 pesos upon registration po, tapos 3% po kada sahod. OIC on Concurrent Capacity: entitled ba sa RATA?

I want to ask for legal opinion regarding my designation as OIC municipal assessor in a concurrent capacity. My original position is from the Provincial Assessor’s Office holding SG 22 position. In my designation order, I will report to the municipal assessor’s office twice a week but I will still maintain my daily time record at the Provincial Assessor’s Office. Is it allowed to receive RATA from the municipal government using my DTR in the province? Aside from RATA, what other remuneration i’m entitled to claim? Thank you. Post Views: 1,272
