Is Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) taxable? If yes, up to what amount?

Question: Hi Gabotaf, Good Evening.. ask ko lang if, combined b ng De Minimis na 10k ceiling ang PEI and SRI?? 5k”pei” + 10k”SRI” = 15k – 10k”deminimis” = 5k add to taxable bonuses less 90k na ceiling?? Tama po b? Thank you.
