Question: hello po ano po ba ibigsabihin ng work sa government or lgu’s pag under ng “contract of service” ?, saka ilang months po ang training para sa new hire or employee, then thru agency po ba nakukuha ang sahod or same with private na after 1 month makuha ng buo yung sahod then regular after that ay every 5/20 or 15/30 ba. maraming salamat po! btw, wala pa po syang governement experience Answers | Comments Post Views: 2,093
Question: Hi! Please hide my identity. JO po ako sa isang NGA, 2 months na pong delay ang sahod dahil walang bumababang pera from Central Office para sa sahod ng mga JO Personnel. Ano po kaya ang pwede naming gawin bukod sa maghintay at mag follow up? Naintindihan po namin na nakalagay sa contract na no employer-employee relationship, hindi po ba nakalagay sa kontrata na every 15th and 30th of the month ang sahod? Ano anong factors po ba ang kinoconsider ng signatories on signing the salaries of Job Orders, considering that we already sent the requirements ahead of time...
The municipal government of Carigara in Leyte province was ordered by the Commission on Audit (COA) to end the excessive hiring of contractual and job order (JO) employees as it had led to overspending.
