  1. Hndi po ba kasama sa computation ng net take home pay (NTP) na 5k ang PERA? Kumbaga ang NTP mo dapat is 5k from basic salary and other benefits plus 2k na PERA in which case dapat 7k ang magiging take home pay? Kasi ang treatment ng PERA is a fringe benefits which is an allowance and not other benefits. Mid Year Bonus, Year End Bonus and Cash Gift, PEI, CNA are considered as other benefits.

  2. Monthly Basic Salary + PERA – Statutory Obligations and Loans

  3. Wala pong required pero may threshold na 5k after deductions of contributions and loan payments

  4. You mean after net deductions? Hndi nman sa required but at least 5k maiwan sa sweldo ng employee after loans etc. part ito ng pag showcase ng prudence ng isang govt employee na dapat we are still able to live comfortably and hndi sobrang sagad sa utang

  5. 5k as per General Provisions of the annual General Appropriations Act.
