Sender: Good day Admin, may i please inquire on the status of Contract of Service Workers in the government?

If a CoS is paid on a basis of monthly rate,including holidays po ba yun? Example po this month of April we have 4 days holiday, paid po ba siya kasama dun sa monthly rate niya?

The contract is silent on the definition of “monthly
rate”.

    Under the standard contracf of service, they are paid during legal national holidays.

    If monthly ang rate yes. Sa agency namin ganun, kahit anong klasing holiday pa yan, regular or special holiday. I think, di na yan significant issue/ concern sa COA. Very understanding ang COA, specially during this pandemic.
