Accrue at year-end since na-render na [y]ung service. Much better if [y]ung actual amount based sa actual bill [para] wala nang prior period adjustments laters.👌

For sure available na ng [J]anuary yung utility bill. Accrue nyo nalang po at year end pag meron ng bill. Anyway di pa naman po deadline for submission ang [FS] ng [J]anuary.
