Sender: I would like to inquire regarding my salary and bonus differentials. I was promoted effective date November 7, the agency downloaded the year end bonus November 15, pero ang binigay nila na bonus sa akin yong sa previous salary rate ko before my promotion. They never gave me a bonus differentials kasi according [kay] accountant I am not entitled dahil October 31 po ang cut off date sa year end. Pero promotion po yong sa akin hindi po ako newly hired.
Tama po ba na hindi yong new rate ang binigay na bonus nila sa akin?
