Hello ma’am Victoria, can I ask for more broad explanation and sample for LGU stated that saving from the local budget approved by the sangguniang bayan. Anu po ang mga fund na ito, ito po ba ay project from the 20%, MOOE OR PS. Pls. Answer me kase hindi po ito clear. And if this is where the saving came from then is it need to reappropriate for an approval from the SB. Thank you.
