Si contract of service staff ng isang Government Agency po ay mageend ng contract this July pero may nakaschedule siya na official travel next week which is last week na ng July. Is he/she allowed to process claims for reimburement of travelling expenses per EO 77 and Plane Fare po pagbalik niya from travel, kahit beyond Contract period na?
Stipulated po in his/her contract na allowed sila magclaim ng travelling expenses, ang hindi ko po sure is kung pwede pa rin ba siya magclaim kahit beyond contract period na? Thanks po.
