With docs supporting na pasok sa 5%, sa 5%…. If wala .. 10%
Wala pong bearing kung licensed professional or hindi. Kung hindi nasubstantiate na hindi sila lumalagpas sa 3M na threshold by submitting a sworn declaration and COR to the BIR, per BIR RR 11-2018, ang assumption po ni BIR ay lagpas sila sa 3M kaya automatic 10% EWT plus applicable withholding percentage tax. Kung nagsubmit naman sila ng sworn declaration at nilagay nila doon na 8% sila, 5% na lang po ang withholding and exempt na sa percentage tax kasi ang 8% optional gross income tax is in lieu of graduated rates and percentage tax.
Either 5% or 10%, kung wala silang docs na maipakita na sila ay 5% ( reg sa BIR), 10% ang gagamitin.
