Hi question, I got appointed last November 3, 2020 am I entitled for a midyear bonus? Haven’t received the midyear bonus given on May 15.
Hi, Lor. As far as the 4-month service requirement is concerned you are eligible to receive Mid Year Bonus. However, there are other conditions that you have to comply in order to be granted the same. Agree with Louie. Basta mameet nya yung service requirements na 4 months, among other conditions.
yes if the employee has rendered 4 mos of service from july 1 of the immediately preceeding year to may 15 of the current year including leave of absence with pay
