Question: Next month our local treasurer is about to retire, I want to apply for the poisition although I think I may not be included in the shortlist to be recommended by the lce coz I’m not in the ranking. All the ranked employees in our office doesn’t have the local treasurer’s eligibility(bclte) nor an MBA graduate I’d been in this office (mto) for 25 years, an MBA graduate and csc Prof, and most of all a bclte passer, pls help, thank you.
