Entry Level Position Lang Ba Pwede Aplayan Sa COA, Regardless Kung May Work Experience Ka?

Question: Hi Sir/Ma’am, i’m not sure if my question is worthy of posting so i just PM’d it po. I’m planning to work at COA po, I have 14 years experience working in private sector. Will it be ok to apply as experienced state auditor or must I apply at the entry level (the lowest grade)?
