Question: Do we have a specific CSC Memorandum Circular or any law prohibiting a retired government employee as Job Order? Please enlighten me. Thank you.

Tingin ko po wala. Kasi job order has no employer-employee relationship kaya pwede yun retired. 6 months lang naman po pag job order eh .
