2018 po nag submit ng Liquidation ang SDO, with transmittal. Upon verification, nareceive po ng Former Accountant but hindi nya nasubmit sa COA. Nung 2019 po na ako na ang Accountant, reported pa rin sya sa reports ko as Unliquidated since di nya nareport nung 2018.

Question: Can we accept another liquidation report, with photocopy of OR (photocopy of the duplicate copy) certified by the issuer/vendor, with justification na nawala yung OR.?

Or mag letter ako sa former accountant demanding the documents lost during his time?

Naging burden kasi sya ng SDO e may proof naman na submitted na yun. Sa part ko naman, pwedeng ma disallow yun and ako ang madamay since ako na ang nagreport ng liquidation.
