The Department of Budget and Management issues anew a Circular reiterating the deadline for the submission of agency request for additional funds requiring the issuance of Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) and/or Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA).
Pursuant to Circular Letter (CL) No. 2019-12 dated October 10, 2019, the deadline for the submission of requests for additional funds requiring the issuance of SARO and/or NCA is on November 15, 2019.
Any request received by the DBM beyond the said deadline shall be processed on the first working day of FY 2020.
However, the said deadline is not applicable to request pertaining to Personnel Services (PS) deficiencies, including but not limited to retirement gratuity/terminal leave benefits, performance-based bonus (PBB), and retirement and life insurance premium (RLIP).
