What is the sanction if the Fidelity Bond of an Accountable Officer was not renewed on time?

Ask ko lang po sana, ano yung pwedeng maging sanction ni coa if yung accountable officer ay expired ang fidelity bond tapos nakapag cash advance po siya.

Pero yung disbursing officer is bonded naman. Halimbawa yung principal ng school is expired ang bond, pero ang disburisng officer is bonded.
