What could be the reason why COA still not calling after initial interview and what to do about it?

Hello po. My friend passed po the examination and initial interview. Final interview nalang po sana but sad to say, nalaman nya nalang na tapos na daw pala and he’s not one of them. He wants to know if ano meaning ba nun, he just lost the hope na mahire or may tendency pa na mabago at ipatawag pa sya for final interview? Thanks po.😊

Bka hindi sya na short list for final interview after the initial interview kaya ganun. Kasi tatawagan or ttxt ka nman for the schedule ng final interview. — Ettolrahc Sarmiento

Maghanap ka na nang iba na maaplayan at huwag mong ipagsiksikan sarili mo. Hindi kawalan if you have credential and competency. Kung ukol bubukol. — Henry Ty
