Hello po. PS Contractual with benefits po ako under DOH, 21 months po ako may hulog sa GSIS. Hindi po ako na renew this year, question po may makukuha po ba ako sa GSIS? Paano po ang process and gaano katagal bago makuha? Same with leave credits po wala po kami nagamit na mga leave namin since 2020, may mga makukuha po ba kami dun na money? Paano ang process and gaano katagal bago makuha? Salamat po!

Good pm po..what benefits po makukuha sa namatay kong asawa caused by covid-19?,contractual employee siya sa DSWD Region-7.nagka covid siya during work.
Your leave credits are convertible to cash.. kapag naseparate ka sa service (resigned) nagigin terminal leave benefits po ito..
Ask your HR about it at paano ang process para makapasubmit/ file ka ng requirements (ayokong pangunahan ang hr officer ng agency because they are hired to inform/guide their employees and process those benefits)
For GSIS, again ask your HR kasi dapat alam ng HR.. kapag walang sinagot ang hr, ask the gsis.. tawag ka saknila or punta ka sa gsis para mas malinaw ang paliwanag.
Kasi kung lahat po ng tanong na ganyan ay di masasagot ng hr at masasagot lang dito, baka di na need ng hr office/unit/division sa mga agency.. 😅

Better if seek advise and help ka sa HR/Personnel Office ng office kung saan ka nagserve as contractual…sila po ang makakasagot nyan
