[QUESTION] Tanong ko lang po. Bawal ba ang magasawa magwork sa same LGU as job order casuals? May resolution o memo ba na nagbabawal?

Same lang ang payroll under one office sila nakacharge but what if in truth and in fact, designated both sa ibang office ng lgu? Bawal ba un sa JOs?

If anyone of the spouses is the hiring or signing authority of appointments, the other spouse cannot be hired in the same office. Correlatively, if one is an accountable officer, the other spouse cannot be assigned a job that will compromise the position of the accountable officer.
