Magna Carta of Certified Public Accountants in the Government Service – A Thesis
Q: Hi! As you know, my thesis topic [on whether or not the existing per diem of P800.00 pero EO 298 is enough to cover travel expenses of government employees] has become moot and academic because of the issuance of EO 77 increasing the travel allowances of government employees.
Now, I am considering to cover a proposed magna carta for CPAs in government service.
I would like to seek for your help and assistance in determining what inclusions our brothers and sisters would like to be incorporated in the magna carta.
Kung pwede po sana, I would like to know po kung ano current condition sa office nila in terms of staffing, overtime work, additional compensation and timeliness of submission of required reports po sana.
