How to compute the overtime pay of Job Order workers in the government?
Sender: Pa-post naman po please. What is your agency’s practice sa pagcompute ng overtime ng JO na driver? The driver is driving service vehicle na ginagamit as shuttle service. Mag-aapply ba sa kanila ang CSC/DBM JC No. 1, s. 2015, Sec.10.2 “One-hour breaks shall be observed for breakfast, lunch, or supper and rest, and every 3 hours of continuous overtime service, or as may be necessary”. Question Sender: Good day. 6 years na po akong JO, plano na pong i-regular ako this year, may budget na at posisyon. Ang problema nagbago ang ihip ng hangin dahil sa personal at political reason, yong baguhan pong (JO) na wala pang isang taon sa trabaho ang ipapalit sa akin dahil bet siya ng appointing authority kasi magagamit daw nila sa election.
