Is it true that it’s difficult to apply for an accountant job in the government even if you have enough qualifications?
Q: Hi. 9 years po akong nagwork sa BPO (accounting practice) and with MBA units. Gusto ko po magwork na sa government for good. Meron akong CSC prof level eligibility at RA 1080 eligibility. Parang ang hirap makapasok. Anong level po ba ang pwede kong applayan? Nag-apply ako ng Accountant 3, internal applicant ang nakuha. Nag-apply ako ng Accountant 2, overqualified daw. Is it really difficult to apply for a job at the Commission on Audit (COA)?
Q: Hi Gabotaf, pakitago na lang name ko. Q. I passed my application and requirements sa COA last June 2019. Up until to date wala pa ding text or email regarding scheduled exam. I followed them up twice (August 2019 and January 2020) ang sinasabi lang nila sakin palagi is CPA? Nakapag-exam na? Tatawagan or itetext na lang daw ako for exam if may vacant na. For future reference daw application ko). Is it normal po ba na ganon katagal ang pagschedule ng exam? Or hindi na nila papansinin ung application ko since matagal na? CPA po ako. Thank you!...
