Section 5c of Executive Order No. 77 provides that the allowable daily travel expenses (DTE) for travel beyond the 50-kilometer radius from the permanent official station shall be as follows: 100% DTE for the day of arrival at point of destination (regardless of time) and succeeding day/s thereof on official business. 50% DTE for the day of departure for permanent official station (regardless of time) if other than date of arrival. I would just like to ask po if NEEDED po ba talaga yung O.R as per “additional” requirement po ng Finance head po namin as proof of staying even beyond 50km radius na po yung travel and straight 10 days field work po yun. As per EO.77, hindi na po kelangan yung O.R for lodging, unless within 50km lang yung travel and you’d want to claim for the actual expenses.
