COA DBM Joint Circular No. 2 series of 2022

This is a good news for the contract of service (COS) and job order (JO) workers in the government. The Commission on Audit (COA) and Department of Budget and Management jointly issued a circular allowing departments/agencies to engage the services of new COS/JO workers through individual contract and renew the individuai contracts of their existing COS/JO workers untii December 31, 2024. Under the previous guidelines, government agencies concerned are only allowed to engage the services of COS/JOs until December 31 this year.
