What’s the policy of CSC when it comes to tardiness |undertime|absences?

Q: Hello po, just wanna ask lang po. Galing po akong private company, doon po may corresponding DeCor actions para sa mga LATE and Absences ng employees depending on how many times na na-commit ng employee. Dito po sa amin ngayon as Acctg. Staff na nagcheck at nagcompute ng payroll, parang walang action si supervisor or si HR sa mga employees na may mga late na halos isang linggo. Ano po ba dapat sa sitwasyon na ito? Eh, baka masabihan na naman akong mapapel pag pinapakealaman ko pa (pagbabalanse lang daw ang trabaho) o sadyang ganito lang talaga ‘pag government?...
