QUESTION: Hi po! May mga tanong lang po ako regarding ITR. I have a penalty since I wasn’t able to file my ITR last year as JO. It would be of great help if masagot nyo po yung questions ko. Dati po akong nasa private sector (Jan – feb 8, 2019), would I still need to file my income as part of my income tax return? TAXATION | Hinahanapan din ba kayo ng PLDT ng authority to withhold tax?
Hi po govt agency po kami, pero hinahanapan po kami ng PLDT ng advice from BIR na required kami mag-withhold ng 2% sa kanila?
