Sender: Good afternoon po. Mayroon po bang specific policy para sa pagrelease ng BIR Form No. 2316 for separated employee?
May resigned employee (no clearance yet) po kasi kami na nagrerequest ng BIR 2316 nya for CY 2022, however, ang advise po sa akin ng incharge sa department, for CY 2021 lang daw po ang pwede nila ibigay dahil hindi pa tapos ang taon, annually daw po ang pag release nila kaya yung for this year ay sa 2023 pa.
