The Department of Budget and Management issued National Budget Memorandum (NBM) No. 135 to remind government agencies on their compliance with the required submission, i.e., via OSPBS of the pertinent Budget Preparation Forms and to give updates on the status of submission of FY 2019 actual obligations and FY 2021 details of Tier 1 level.
The DBM sets April 15, 2020 as the revised deadline for the submission of FY 2019 actual obligations and May 25, 2020 for the submission of FY 2021 Budget Proposals for Tiers 1 and 2. DBM emphasized that these deadlines will no longer be extended further.
