Sender: Mga kasama sa Serbisyo Sibil, magtatanong sana ako kasi im confused! Sa mga transaction na may Purchase Order, need ba ang Notice of Award at Notice to Proceed? Hindi ba sufficient yung PO lang? Sana may kasamang explanation. Marami pong salamat sa mga sasagot.
