Questions: I wonder why COA replies or says na i-include sa pool of applicants ang application due to lack of vacancies kahit ongoing process na application ko and nakailang set of exams and interviews na ako. Pero may posts pa rin sila na maraming vacant SAE II position. Bakit po ganun?
