Question: Good afternoon, is the 2% salary increase still applicable to the health workers with post graduate studies? or we will only follow the Joint Memorandum No. 1, S. 2012 of DBM and DOH which states that the PHW with post graduate studies shall be granted with 1 step increment every 2 years or more?
