Is it true that it’s difficult to apply for an accountant job in the government even if you have enough qualifications?

Q: Hi. 9 years po akong nagwork sa BPO (accounting practice) and with MBA units. Gusto ko po magwork na sa government for good.

Meron akong CSC prof level eligibility at RA 1080 eligibility. Parang ang hirap makapasok. Anong level po ba ang pwede kong applayan? Nag-apply ako ng Accountant 3, internal applicant ang nakuha. Nag-apply ako ng Accountant 2, overqualified daw.

Di ko alam kung saan ako lulugar.😅 Payuhan po ninyo ako😊.
